PORTRAIT TERMS.

Limited Edition

The $125 Limited Edition is restricted to 10 one-person commissions. Each order includes one high-resolution custom digital Tape Portrait in a 4:5 format, one social-media-ready version, one revision, personal-use rights, and digital delivery within 3 business days. No physical print is included.

Payment

Payment is processed securely through TAPE ART NYC’s Wix e-commerce checkout. Use the same email address at checkout that you entered with your portrait order so the payment is matched correctly. Work begins after payment is verified.

Refunds and cancellations

You may request a full refund before portrait creation begins. Once creation has started, the order is not refundable because the artwork is custom-made. To request a cancellation, contact info@tapeart.nyc with your order number.

Personal use

The artwork is licensed for personal, noncommercial use. You retain rights to your source photograph. Kuki Go retains copyright in the completed artwork.

Revisions

One revision is included. Revision requests cover reasonable color and detail adjustments within the selected visual direction.

Commercial licensing

Brand, campaign, editorial, event and organizational use requires a written commercial license and separate quote.

Delivery

Delivery is within 3 business days after payment is verified and a suitable photograph is received. Timing changes if a replacement photograph is needed.

Photo retention

Your source photograph is kept in private order storage while the commission is active and deleted within 30 days after final delivery. You may request earlier deletion after delivery by contacting info@tapeart.nyc.
